  • In the event that your painted pottery is damaged in the kiln, or if we accidentally break the product, we will gladly offer you the opportunity to paint a replacement at our own cost.

  • Please be aware that if you paint the bottom of your pottery and it sticks to the kiln, we will not be able to offer a refund and you may incur charges for any damage caused to our kiln. It is your responsibility to adhere to the do's and don't when painting pottery to avoid such issues.

  • It is important to understand that we cannot guarantee a flawless finish, to the pottery pieces due to how the paint is applied and techniques used. (we generally do not have many pieces that are imperfect)We always ensure to quality check the pottery before we glaze and load the kiln and take extra care when doing this, but sometimes due to the vast volume of pottery to process, customer errors can be missed, therefore we do insist that all customers follow the do'd and dont's and advice given.

  • Unfortunately Imperfections may occur, but this is entirely normal and adds to the uniqueness of piece. Embrace these quirks as they make your pottery truly one-of-a-kind!
