Terms and Conditions
By booking a session, workshop, or event, you acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions. Please ensure you review these terms carefully to fully understand your rights and responsibilities.
Service

At our studio, we believe in transparency and simplicity. That's why we do not charge a studio fee or any additional costs for glazing and firing your painted pottery when you book a pottery painting session. This service is included in the price of your bisque pottery, allowing you to focus creating without any hidden fees.

To secure a seat for any event or workshop a non-refundable booking fee is required. This fee helps us cover the cost to hold the event and will not be deducted from your balance. If you cannot attend, please inform us as soon as possible so we can offer your seat to another interested customer.
Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations or no-shows, if we need to cancel, you will receive a refund or an alternative date offered if possible. If you attend any event or workshop and decide not to paint for your own reasons, you will not be entitled to a refund.

If you are unable to attend a pottery painting session, workshop or event please do let us know asap so that we may be able to offer your place to another customer. Any booking fee paid for a workshop, session, event etc will not be refunded.
Damages

Our premises, products and equipment should be treated with respect and handled with care. Please be aware that any breakages or damage will need to be covered by the customer.

In the unlikely event that your painted pottery is damaged in our Pottery Kiln, or if we accidentally break your items whilst in our care, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to paint a replacement at no additional cost. However, please note that if you, paint the bottom of your chosen pottery piece and it adheres to the kiln, we will be unable to issue a refund or replacement. Please note that you may incur charges for any resulting damage to our kiln. It is essential to follow the do's and don'ts when painting pottery to prevent such issues.

We do not offer refunds; however, refunds in exceptional circumstances are issued at the managers discretion. Please note a service charge of £5 per item will be deducted from the final refund price of your painted pottery item.
Quality Checks

We strive for excellence, but it's important to note that we can't always guarantee a flawless finish on every piece. While we conduct thorough quality checks before glazing, the unique application and the high volume of pottery can sometimes lead to missed imperfections. We encourage customers to embrace these quirks, as they contribute to the one-of-a-kind nature of each piece. Remember, these unique features truly make your pottery special.
Collection

We kindly ask that you collect your painted item within a period of 2 weeks. If the item is not collected by that time, we will have no choice but to dispose of your items. Please contact us if there will be a delay in collection - a small storage fee may be applied.

We kindly remind you that we are not responsible for your belongings Please ensure that you keep all your items with you at all times for your own peace of mind.

Note that children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. We are not responsible for the care or supervision of your children.
Refreshments

Please note that food and drink is not permitted to be bought into the studio unless otherwise stated. We offer a selection of refreshments at our on-site café for you to purchase your convenience.

Private Bookings

To secure your booking for parties and private events, a 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. The balance must be settled one month prior to the event date. This ensures a smooth planning process and helps us prepare for your special occasion.

If, for any reason, we need to cancel your event booking, you will be offered an alternative or a full refund. Should you choose to change the date of your event after paying the deposit or the balance in full, we will do our best to accommodate your new date.
